Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

8. How to Make a Return

Quote your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.

We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide full instructions.

Pack items securely, include the RAN clearly on the outside of the parcel, and ship to the address we specify.

Retain proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.
9. Processing Times

Inspection and approval of returns usually take 3–5 working days after we receive your parcel.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval; please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.
